Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

A Training Needs Analysis (TNA) is the process through which gaps in employee training and related training needs are identified. Also, this allows to determine if a learning process is truly the solution, or part of the solution to a specific business need.

Any training, in order to be effective, must respond to a specific need. We must also make sure that it targets the right people, and that we choose the best learning solution and strategy for each specific case.

The better we understand the business needs and context, the better we know who the target is. Moreover, this way we can design a custom solution that will solve specific business problems.
