When we design and deploy a technical training program, we’re not just thinking about showing resources to operate certain types of equipment or understand certain types of processes, we’re concentrating on two main goals:
We want to train your people to be effective problem solvers.
We aim to createvalue.
Our next goal is to ensure optimal operations and prevent as many human errors as possible, because they can, of course, have catastrophic consequences, especially in certain production or industrial settings. No matter the type of training – whether it’s an online technical training program or a blended program – at the end of the day, we want to review the impact your training program had on your business processes, and see that it generated actual value. For this we use a step-by-step process:
Step 1
Are learners able to read and interpret operating instructions, e.g. a plumbing or wiring diagram? Do they understand what it means to have a certain pressure in a pipe or voltage in a wire?
Step 2
Can they apply what they see on paper in real life, and for example act upon this information in a stressful situation?
